ÐWhen€people€cannot€afford€lawyers,€the€quality€of€the€mediationÏmay€be€affected.€€Ms.€Ogletree€said€that€in€Caroline€County,€manyÏpeople€do€not€qualify€for€Legal€Aid.€€They€do€not€have€the€moneyÏto€pay€a€private€attorney,€and€they€think€that€mediation€is€theÏpanacea€for€this.Ìà
