E-filing - State Agencies

State agencies should register as if the agency is a firm. The agency should create a firm account and designate a staff member for the firm administrator function. Once the agency is registered as a firm, the firm administrator can invite other users at the state agency to “join the firm” through an email generated from the administrator's email account. Once state agency users receive the email invitation from the firm administrator, they should follow the link provided in the email to be guided through the registration process, including how to join the firm.
