There is a Family Support Services Coordinator in each of the 23 Maryland counties and in Baltimore City. Family Divisions may also have a Family Division Administrator who oversees other Family Division staff and a Permanency Planning Liaison. The administrators, and in smaller jurisdictions, the coordinators are responsible for developing and managing programs to assist families in transition. They work with each court to improve case management practices and to improve the court experience for families.
